Determining the appropriate CR

In tonight's session, I intend on throwing a drider at the party. In an attempt to bring the drider more line with the party level (5), I intend to do so without the 6th level spellcasting that the drider gets. How do you think this affects the CR?

Removing the casting I would ballpark it at CR4, maybe CR5 if you customize the feats a little better.

As is a Drider is a reasonable challenge for a party of level 5 characters. Action economy goes a long way in their favor.
