I am looking for ways to get luck bonuses, maybe even make a little compendium.

Any help i can get is appreciated so far i've got:

Halfling (+1 to saves)
Luck of Heroes feat (+1 to saves, +1 to ac)
Lucky Dice Incarnum Soulmeld (Swift action +1 to attack rolls and damage rolls, saving throws, or skill and ability checks for one round)
Luck Blade magic short sword (+1 to saves)

Most luck feats are much more about re-rolls than bonuses so i haven't found any there!

Halfling (+1 to saves)

The halfling bonus is listed as a racial bonus. It's fluffed as halflings being unusually lucky, but because it is a racial bonus, it will stack with any luck bonuses to saving throws.

Not like it matters.

Luck bonuses explicitly stack with themselves. It's one of the few kind that do.

The only other one I know of is dodge bonuses to AC always stack with themselves.

Where have you read that luck stacks with itself?

not in the srd, I suppose...

A luck modifier represents good (or bad) fortune. Multiple luck bonuses on the same character or object do not stack. Only the highest luck bonus applies.

(edit: BTW, there's the same entry also in pathfinder)

EDIT: Huh.

Well, looking here:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/rg/20040210a

Apparently, they do not. Dodge bonuses do. An I guess circumstance bonuses do, although I always thought that circumstance bonuses did not.

Although if you ask me, luck is one of the things it makes the most sense to stack, because we roll dice to determine everything, and the more "lucky" one gets should be cumulative.
