The campain im playing is mainly at small dungeons like zones, mainly stone caves.
There are alot of narrow passages we need to go through (5x5).
I wonder if there is any animal companion that will suit more for this terrian and spells.
All books allowed and max lvl will be around 10.

A Fleshraker dinosaur in MM3 is a 'level -3' companion which is medium size, so it shouldn't have any trouble fitting through narrow corridors. They're 7 ft. tall when standing upright, but often run on all fours and aren't at any disadvantage when doing so.

this ^ the fleshraker is the most op companion that you can get. take that with venom fire and you'll piss your dm off and own everything.

You might want to consider the Elemental Companion ACF from Complete Mage. At-will earthglide in a cave/dungeon is a little like turning on "No Clipping" in a FPS.

With scrying or some other shenanigans (Share Spells + aspect of the wolf + share husk or leap into animal, dismiss aspect of the wolf) you could see whatever the elemental is seeing. Or maybe use a Scrying Shard (1350 GP, Magic Item Compendium) for at-will scrying, depending how your DM interprets "A character of any class can cast scrying using a scrying shard as a focus."
