I'm working on a campaign idea, centered on the PCs playing either some form of evil outsider or mountebanks or something in relation to archdevils. They'll all serve different masters, but they'll all be forced to work together by some larger foe. Now, the Archdevils are kind of conniving, backstabbing jerks, so how this works is going to be fun. Any good campaign ideas I could pick your guyses brains for?
