Another 'frustrated' build that I wanted to play in a while, and some feedback is appreciated. I wrote the fluff as an NPC, but it could get some feedback on the build.

Baron Hadverk accident comes at a terrible time. The war he declared on the duchy of Twin Rivers is going bad. No, the baron's body has been accounted for, we still have men looking for it, and his horse, in the cliff he fell when he was hunting.
Councilman Rickard Cancelmo, days before his suicide

All lords live, rule, and die. Recently, however, a string of strange deaths has plagued a small series of city-states and kingdoms that have puzzled the nobles of the region. Some blame King Garret's initial skirmishes against the barony of Summerstone, others on Baron Hadverk's fits of anger during his fever, but only a few blame it on a rumor. A ghostly figure that haunts kingdoms, empires, and men alike. A person (or people) known as The Face Behind.

No one truly knows how, or why, The Face operates in total silence. Many believe The Face uses foul magic to achieve its goals, but even the most accomplished diviners have yet to track him down. However, these so-called 'accomplished diviners' die or leave town days after they try to track The Face.

The truth (???)
The Face is actually a Changeling, whose name is not known, even by those that know him, although even his gender is unknown, as The Face can take the shape of anyone. It grew up on one of the regions and lived a life of slavery under one of the lords. Forbidden to use his shape-changing abilities, it was given a magical ring that wracked its body if it did. As it grew, a courie eladrin, former familiar of a dead sorcerer, freed it from the ring and its bond. The Changeling then escaped alongside the small eladrin, and in the woods, a friendship was born. It vowed to 'set things right' in the land, by using the same tools of power the nobles used against them, and see that rightful rulers took the land. The eladrin called on to the Court of Stars, and gave it the gift of Eldritch magic. It is still friends with the courie, and occasionally asks her for help, but prefers to work alone.

The Build:
Changeling Warlock 6/Cabinet Trickster 5/Chamaleon 9
level progression: Warlock 5/Chamaleon 2/Cabinet trickster 1/Warlock 6/Cabinet trickster 5/Chamaleon 9
Possible alignments, and his intentions as such
Lawful Good: The Face wishes to see rightful rulers to rise in the region, and maybe fostering possible candidates as such as he 'trims' the region of corrupted nobles. It trusts in the young upstarts he's training, and has written some letters to church members of Heironeus -penned as a mysterious benefactor- to aid them when the time comes.
Neutral Good: The Face wishes to see rightful rulers to rise in the region, but believes the current laws and structure are too corrupted, and trusts that while the nobles fight each other, the peasants will rise up. Its connections with the courie eladrin, as well as a small elven village that has remained neutral to the humans, gives it hope that they will aid him in his cause.
Chaotic Good: The Face wishes to see this place free of corrupted nobles, and hopes that the war and the death of the corrupted noblemen forces them away. It has been in indirect contact with several like-minded adventurers, in hopes that they turn into protectors of the land, as well as with a young Copper Dragon that has taken refuge in a small woodland forest.

Feats:
Able Learner, Nymph's Kiss, Persona Immersion, Eldritch Claws, Extra Invocation, Empower Spell-like Ability, Recognize Imposter, Racial Emulation (Cabinet Trickster bonus feat), Quick Change (Cabinet Trickster bonus feat). The Chamaleon Bonus feat changes almost daily, to suit whatever challenges are needed, but the most common choices generally are Ability Focus (Thought Trick) and Extra Invocation.

Invocations: Beguiling Influence, Entropic Warding, Call of the Beast, Fell Flight, Flee the Scene. If it uses its chamaleon bonus feat for an extra invocation, it is usually Hungry Darkness, or Crawling Eye.

Tactics:
As a master spy, assassin, and sabouteur, The Face prefers others to do the fighting for it, but may occasionally engage in combat with its Eldritch Blast if needed, but prefers to use enchantments and illusions to drive away enemies -if they ever know who it is-. Eldritch Claws is used only as a last resort, or when assassinating a person is required.

The Face uses Beguiling Influence quite commonly, and already a decent diplomancer, it can assume the aid, knowledge of the minions of the person he assumes the shape of. It rarely engages in Intimidation, but sometimes a stern word helps to drive a point.
