Costs of recruiting armies.

In my campaign the party might be able to recruit armies. I looked through the kingdom management rules and the mass combat rules but I don't seem to find how much BP (building points) do armies cost. Does anybody know where this info is? Or otherwise how it is handled? I'm having difficulty gauging it.
