Is there a perform domain for cleric that gives class skill perform to cleric? I was thinking of creating a cleric of Eilistraee, but their clergy requires multiple performs skills and since perform is a cross class skill it's hard to invest points into it.

I know there's a music domain out there (can't remember which book - sorry), but I don't know if it gives Perform as a class skill. I don't think it does.

It looks like you are stuck to multiclassing, taking the apprentice entertainer feat, or the UA feat that grants one skill as a class skill.

There is none, afaik. But homebrewing one would be a nice idea. With some usually bard-only spells as domain spells at appropriate levels.
We make it simple in our homebrewed world. Clerics of Astalon (our god of the arts) get Perform as a class skill, balanced by not giving them heavy armor proficiency.

My homebrew's god of music has a cleric substitution level (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?t=32470) that seems to be more or less what you're looking for.

Or you can just talk your DM into giving you perform (dance) as a class skilll... It's not rocket science, after all... By my thinking every character can learn to dance, if he tries hard enough...
Just take Perform as a cross-class skill until you can get a feat/PrC that gives you it as a class skill. That's what I've been doing with my enchanter musician.
