Kaiju template for 3.5

So, I understand that this tempalte is for the 3.0 sistem. Do you know what changes I should make since all I have been using so far was 3.5? Are the size modifiers the same? updates in DMG reduciton or any other features?

If I recall correctly, most DR was converted to DR/magic. In the case of kaiju this is silly, since anyone even remotely capable of fighting one has a magic weapon, so making it DR/epic makes more sense. There's an update here (http://www.angelfire.com/realm/stuffnjournal/kaiju.htm) that mentions a few other things.
