Shorten spell preparation time?

I'm looking for options (optimally a feat) which would allow a spellcaster wizard to prepare spells in less than an hour.

If you're a Wizard, preparing up to one fourth of your spells only takes 15 minutes. You can leave slots open to fill later in the day, as well.

If you are also in Pathfinder, there's also a feat that cuts preparation time down to 15 minutes, or 1 minute for up to one fourth.

Clerics/Druids/etc. don't have something equivalent, as far as I know. The Wu Jen might, but I'm not sure.

I'm familiar with the 15 minute 1/4 spells preparation. Don't suppose you remember the name of that PF feat?
