Joe' finds a small plot of land, and decides to build a home upon it. Coincidentally, a large, dusty, old house from the Wild West is accidently sent careening through space and time by a wizard, and it lands exactly where Joe was going to build his home.
Now that was oddly convienient.
He enters the home, and finds it includes everything he had wanted in his home.
That's REALLY convienient.
He heads over to the porch, and sits around watching NPCs examine his new home with suprise and confusion.
