If you take a wizard variant that makes you give up specilization.
Can you still take a prastige class that appon taking it makes you specilize?
For example could you chose to be a Domain Wizard, and then still take levels in Incantatrix?

You are perfectly free and clear to do this. There is no specialization prerequisite to entering incantatrix, nor is there anything within the class features that necessitates specialization.

The only special requirement for incantatrix is
Special: The candidate cannot have abjuration as a prohibited school.
If you are a domain wizard, you certainly don't have abjuration as a prohibited school, so all you need are the feat, skill, and casting requirements, all of which are as easy to get as a domain wizard as with a normal wizard.
