Infernal Cord (http://www.archivesofnethys.com/MagicWondrousDisplay.aspx?FinalName=Infernal%20Cor dGreater)

You gain fast healing when hit by a critical hit, which isn't too great (especially as non-lethal damage won't trigger it)... except they wrote it to exclude non-lethal damage, not require lethal damage. Say, isn't there a weapon (in the core rulebook no less) that can critical and not do any damage at all (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/equipment---final/weapons/weapon-descriptions/whip)?

It's not exactly efficient due to being a belt item, but I felt like pointing out the big problem.

(note: Enemy isn't actually defined in PF as far as I know)

This looks legit - the whip doesn't deal nonlethal damage, even when it deals 0 damage. You'd have to whip them for quite a while before it does anything, though. 1/20 chance of critting means that you gain Fast Healing once every two minutes and it requires activity to heal someone.

It's a pretty neat loophole, though. I wonder if Pathfinder has an equivalent to Steadfast Determination, since the coup de grace rules would be even more useful here:

Coup de Grace: As a full-round action, you can use a melee weapon to deliver a coup de grace (pronounced “coo day grahs”) to a helpless opponent. You can also use a bow or crossbow, provided you are adjacent to the target.

You automatically hit and score a critical hit. If the defender survives the damage, he must make a Fortitude save (DC 10 + damage dealt) or die. A rogue also gets her extra sneak attack damage against a helpless opponent when delivering a coup de grace.

If you can find a way to not die on a natural 1, you could basically just fall asleep and get stabbed back to health.
