Ritual-O-Fire-Shootin?

My memory seems to be vaguely recall seeing something on this board before, but none of my google-fu can come up with anything. I remember some kind of ritual, though the name and source escapes me. It had some cost I can't remember. And once completed, it allowed the subject to shoot some kind of fire at-will by taking wisdom damage. Not excellent damage, it scaled at either Eldritch Blast or Sneak Attack speed, but it at least makes a half-decent backup for those with Neberus bound. Does anyone have the specifics of this ritual?
