Team balancing

We're looking to add a fourth charchter.
The team already has a bard (support oriented), a fighter (deadly long range) and an archivist.
We basically have no melee and more importently,someone that can demage.
what would you suggest adding for balancing?

What books are you using?

If anything goes i suggest a warblade, lots of fun and great at melee.

Druid always works. Melee, support, blasting. You name it.

Another interesting idea might be porting the inquisitor from pathfinder. From the looks of it you lack both a skill monkey and a melee. Inquisitors have devastating abilities in combat and also the necessary skillpoints and skills to be skillmonkeys out of combat (especially considering that you could cover the areas not covered by the bard and archivist).

I'd say Crusader. Good tanking skills, some minor healing and ally buffing thrown in. That or cleric. Heals, plate and can be very melee focused.
