This is my attempt to not only bring shifters into Pathfinder, I'm not a big fan of the Skin Walkers, but also to kinda make it its own little subsystem. Another goal was to expand the already existing material to fit just about any type of werecreature I could think of. Just a quick apology. I'm the the best with grammar my use of commas will likely offend.

-Weretouched [Shifter, Heritage]
You have a trace of Lycanthropic power, a result of in your ancestry. You gain the Shapechanger subtype. You gain 1 hit point, a +1 bonus on Perception checks, and a +1 bonus on saving throws against poisons and diseases, and the ability to take shifter feats.
Special: You must choose what type of Lycanthrope your ancestor was at the time of choosing this feat. All the abilities gained through shifter feats are supernatural, and can be activated or suppressed as free actions.

-Beast Hide [Shifter, Hide]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a +2 Natural Armor bonus.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain an additional +2 Natural Armor bonus.
Special: The bonuses from this feat do not stack with the bonuses from any other Hide feat.

-Big Bad [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, 7HD, Two other shifter feats
You gain the powerful build ability. Whenever you are subject to a size modifier or special size modifier for a Combat Maneuver Bonus or Combat Maneuver Defense you are treated as one size larger if doing so is advantageous. You are also considered to be one size larger when determining whether a creature's special attacks based on size (such as grab or swallow whole) can affect you. You can use weapons designed for a creature one size larger without penalty, and your natural weapons are considered one size larger. However, your space and reach remain those of a creature of your actual size. The benefits of feat stack with the effects of powers, abilities, and spells that change the subject's size category.
Weretouched Mastery: When shifting you go through a period of instant growth doubling in height and multiplying your weight by 8. This increase changes your size category to the next larger one. However, unlike traditional size increases this one does not alter your stats, and while it is in effect your powerful build ability is suppressed.

-Cliff Walk [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a climb speed equal to half your move speed in addition climb is always a class skill for you.
Weretouched Mastery: Your climb speed equals your base move speed, also you can climb up sheer surfaces at half your speed.

-Dark Stalker [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain lowlight vision. If you already have low light vision gain dark vision 30 feet.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain dark vision 30 feet, if you already had dark vision it extends out by 30 feet.

-Desert Hide [Shifter, Hide]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a +1 natural armor bonus to AC, and resistance to fire 5. In addition, a desert shifter has a +2 racial bonus on Fortitude saving throws to resist the environmental effects of extreme heat.
Weretouched Mastery: Your natural armor bonus increases to +2 and your fire resistance increases to 15.
Special: The bonuses from this feat do not stack with the bonuses from any other Hide feat.

-Dream Sight [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You permanently gain the benefits of speak with animals, though only with animals related to your ancestry, spell and a +2 bonus on wild empathy checks. In addition, Handle Animal is always a class skill for you.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain Skill Focus (Perception) as a bonus feat and may spend a swift action to gain the benefits of see invisibility for 1 round. Also you may apply you’re a portion of your Weretouched Master bonus to your Wisdom, though only up to a +2 bonus.

-Gore Brute [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You grow a set of horns gaining a gore attack as a primary natural weapon, dealing (Small 1d4, Medium 1d6, Large 1d8) damage. You may only use these horns as part of a charge. If you do not attack with any other weapons as part of this charge, your horns deal double damage.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain the powerful charge special ability, but only for the gore attack provided by the Gorebrute feat. The total damage for your powerful charge ability is twice the normal amount of damage from your gore attack.

-Jungle Runner [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched,
You gain a +20 untyped bonus to your land move speed.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain an addition +10 to your move speed and the woodland stride druid ability.

-Long Arm [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
Your arms become long, sinuous tentacles, granting you a tentacle attack, a secondary attack dealing damage based on your size (Small 1d3, Medium 1d4, Large 1d6).
Weretouched Mastery: Your reach with your tentacles extends by 5 ft, and when you hit an enemy with your tentacle you can attempt a free combat maneuver check. If successful, the target of the attack is pulled 5 feet closer to you. This ability only works on creatures of your size or smaller.
Special: You can take this feat multiple times each time granting you an additional set of tentacles, up to a maximum of four times for eight tentacles. Multiple instances of this feat do not count towards shifter defense.

-Long Tooth [Shifter]

Weretouched
You gain a bite attack a primary natural attack dealing damage based on your size (Small 1d4, Medium 1d6, Large 1d8).
Weretouched Mastery: The critical multiplier on your bite improves to x3.

-Razor Claw [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain 2 claw attacks as primary natural attacks dealing (Small 1d3, Medium 1d4, Large 1d6) damage.
Weretouched Mastery: When you make a charge attack, you can make two claw attacks at the end of the charge. Both attacks are made at your highest attack bonus

-Reactive Shifting [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, Improved Initiative
You can use your shifting ability as an immediate action, though not when caught flat-footed or surprised.
Weretouched Mastery: You can use this ability even when caught flat footed or surprised.

-Runic Claws [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, Str 15, Natural Weapons, +6 BAB
Your natural weapons are considered both magic and silver for purpose of overcoming damage reduction.
Weretouched Mastery: Your natural weapons are now considered adamantine, cold iron, and your alignment for purpose of overcoming damage reduction.

-Sharp Tail [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a long stinger either at the end of a tail or the base of your tail bone, granting you a sting attack. This attack is a primary attack. The sting deals (Small 1d3, Medium 1d4, Large 1d6) points of damage.
Weretouched Mastery: The stinger becomes barbed and you have the option of detaching it after an attack, doing you no damage and causing you to grow a new one next round. While embedded in a foe it causes take 1 point of bleed damage per round. A creature can pull out the stinger as a full-round action, which ends the bleed effect. A removed stinger is destroyed. You can grow your con mod in stingers a day.

-Shifter Defense [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, Two other shifter feats
You gain damage reduction ˝ /silver for every shifter feat you have.
Weretouched Mastery: The damage reduction increases to 1/silver for every shifter feat you have.

-Shifter Multiattack [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, +6 BAB
Your secondary attack with a natural weapon takes only a -2 penalty.
Weretouched Mastery: Your secondary attack with a natural weapon no longer takes a penalty.

-Shovel Claw [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, Razorclaw, Longtooth, or Gorebrute
You gain a burrow speed equal to your half land speed. You can burrow through sand, dirt, clay, gravel, or similar materials. You do not leave a hole behind, nor is your passage marked on the surface.
Weretouched Mastery: Your burrow speed increases to your base land speed, and gain the ability to burrow through stone at half speed.

-Snake Fang [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, Long Tooth or Sharp Tail
Your bite, and/or sting gains a potent venom. Pick one physical ability score the venom deals 1 point of damage to it (DC 10 + 1/2 your HD + Con modifier) save ends.
Weretouched Mastery: The venom now deals 1d4 points of damage and requires two saves to end.

-Spider Silk [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
A develop silk glands which can be used to create a 30-foot length of silk rope. You may do this up to hald your HD+2 times per day (min. 3). The rope is sticky enough at the ends to safely attach to most surfaces and decomposes rather quickly after 24 hours it is completely destroyed.
Weretouched Mastery: Your ropes are now 50 feet in length and you gain the web ability. The web ability, and your rope creating ability share a pool for uses per day.

-Swift Wing [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, 6HD
You gain a fly speed equal to your land speed with average maneuverability. In addition, Fly is always a class skill for you.
Weretouched Mastery: Your fly speed becomes equal to your twice land speed, its maneuverability becomes good, and you gain a +4 bonus on Fly checks

-True Dive [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, 6HD
You gain a swim speed equal to your land speed, and a +8 bonus on Swim checks. In addition you may hold your breath for a number of rounds equal to 5x your Consititution score, also Swim is always a class skill for you.
Weretouched Mastery: Your swim speed increases to double your base land speed, you do not take penalties on melee attacks underwater, and gain the water breathing extraordinary ability.

-Turtle Hide [Shifter, Hide]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a large cumbersome shell granting +4 Natural Armor bonus, but also lowering your base move speed by 10 feet (min 5 feet).
Weretouched Mastery: You gain the ability to retreat into your shell as a move action. As long as you remain in this state the only action you can take is a move action to exit your shell, but its natural armor increases by +2 as long as it does.
Special: The bonuses from this feat do not stack with the bonuses from any other Hide feat.

-Wide Tail [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a tail slam attack as a secondary natural attack primary natural attacks dealing (Small 1d4, Medium 1d6, Large 1d8) damage.
Weretouched Mastery: When you hit an opponent with your tail you can attempt to trip them as a free action without provoking an attack of opportunity. If the attempt fails, you are not tripped in return.

-Wild Hunt [Shifter]

Weretouched, 7HD
You gain the Scent ability. In addition, Survival is always a class skill for you.
Weretouched Mastery: You gain blindsense out to 30ft.

-Winter Hide [Shifter, Hide]
Prerequisite
Weretouched
You gain a +1 natural armor bonus to AC, and resistance to cold 5. In addition, a desert shifter has a +2 racial bonus on Fortitude saving throws to resist the environmental effects of extreme cold.
Weretouched Mastery: Your natural armor bonus increases to +2 and your cold resistance increases to 15.
Special: The bonuses from this feat do not stack with the bonuses from any other Hide feat.

-Weretouched Master [Shifter]
Prerequisite
Weretouched, 11HD, Three other shifter feats
You gain the ability to shift into the hybrid or animal form of your ancestor as a free action, though doing so does not change your size unless you have the Big Bad shifter feat. In doing so you gain +6 stat points to allocate as you see fit between your strength, dexterity, and constitution scores this bonus is untyped. You also unlock the Weretouched Mastery ability of 3 of your shifter feats. Weretouched Masteries only work in your shifted form.
Special: You make take this feat multiple times each time you take this feat you gain an additional +1, though no single bonus may exceed +6, you unlock the weretouched mastery of another shifter feat. Multiple instances of this feat do not count towards shifter defense. If you take this feat and already have Elemental Perfection or Dragon Apotheosis the bonuses granted overlap not stack, though as with Weretouched Master the cumulative bonus to each stat cannot exceed +6.

Some of those are pretty scary sounding, which is good, but the only thing that's throwing off the balance just a little bit is that i think a few of them might need some more prerequisites, specifically long arm and spider silk. Maybe long arms could require a moderate strength or one of the other feats and spidersilk could require...i don't know, craft?

Big Bad... What exactly does happen then if they don't increase their space/reach, take size penalties or size bonuses, or experience any change to their ability scores?

Yeah long arm was kind of a late addition, and has potential for abuse especially if you were to snag it for 8 tentacle attacks. I don't know about spider silk though unless you take the weretouched mastery it's just free rope a few times per day which while useful doesn't seem too powerful.

Big Bad... What exactly does happen then if they don't increase their space/reach, take size penalties or size bonuses, or experience any change to their ability scores?

The intent was that it wouldn't give the size bonuses or penalties, and really only grant the increase to their space/reach. I never realised that the way I wrote means that it makes it so that feat is worthless. Thanks for the heads up.
