So, I was thinking - what would you need mechanics wise to execute a skull crush on a character.
Obviously, you'd need to have either the Fake Death ability (can't remember which class has it) or a high bluff? After that, you'd need to make a good grapple and pin the opponent and make a strength check. Anything else?

Side question: Can you grapple and pin an opponent in the same round if you have multiple attacks?

Succeed on a grapple and then deal enough unarmed damage to kill the enemy, simple as that.

Note that in the books the mountain was pretty much dead on his back already at that point (diehard feat?) so could easily appear dead, he didn't trip or pin Oberyn like in the show, just grabbed him when he leant in close and squished his head.

That or the death attack ability... Which explains the possuming

As for the implication of something deadly happening... It is GoT, some fatality is always the case
