We just picked up a new bard in the group. She is playing a silverbrow human and is wanting to maximise dragonfire inspiration. Since my knowledge on bards are zero I figured someone here would know the "tricks" of the trade.

Spell- Inspiration Boost +1 inspire
Feat- Song of the Heart +1 inspire
Feat-Words of Creation DOUBLE inspire bonus
item- Badge of Valor 3/day +1 inspire
Item- Vest of Legends +5 effective bard level for bardic music effects
That was quick mate. Thanks! Any other tips you can throw in? I think she is going bard 8/virtuoso 2/sublime chord 2/ virtuoso 8

That's pretty much the gold standard of 20 level bard builds, aye. If you have access to Dragon Magazine content, then Heartfire Fanner may also be of interest for 5 levels.
