I've recently started a "high psionics, no magic" campaign world. But the lack of healing is an issue. Are there any sourcebooks, first or third party, that would give rules on this?

Since this thread isn't tagged as Pathfinder and the OP didn't mention Pathfinder, I have the following suggestion. The official WOTC 3.5 book Complete Psionic has psionic healing powers (which can be picked up with Expanded Knowledge on a vote psionic class) and a base class or two which can be set up as a psionic healer.

Edit: also, the official(web enhancement) Sangehirn prestige class can heal fairly efficiently, and heal ability damage, but I'm not sure about status effects or ability drain.

I don't know if you're willing to look at homebrew stuff, but Lycanthromancer's psionic powers revision (https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7XkmnK-DY9YNGFFaGd1MEFRWkk/edit?usp=sharing) seems to have gone over well with pretty much everyone. Take a look at the Talents (especially Power Extraction), combined with the revised Body Purification.

He specifically asked for third party though and the vitalist qualifies for this.

Honestly. Take a good look at dsp psionics in general. All of the classes they made are well rounded and work really good from the get go.
The Vitalist is a fantastic psionic healer and is fun to play on top of it. It also blows every attempt wotc made to create psionic healers out of the water by far.
