Hey, Playground! This is the second iteration of this thread. The first iteration can be found here. (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showthread.php?293309-RFLS-Monster-Building-Thread!-You-Name-em-I-ll-Build-em!&p=15652389) Basically, if you as a DM need a monster, or just have something you think would be entertaining to have but aren't really solid on your monster-making abilities, come here and I'll set it up for you. Here's how it goes:

Realize you need or want a monster.
Post to the thread; describe any details that you feel are necessary for what you want.
Enjoy your shiny, brand-new, one-of-a-kind monster!

The monsters I'll build will conform to the racial HD rules, will have clearly explained special abilities, and will fit any requirements you can give me. If you have source material you absolutely don't want used, then let me know up front, because I'm a big fan of just dropping a class level or particular feats on monsters for a little extra zip in the party's adventuring day.

You can un-secret- the flame ghosts, RFLS. They already fought them a while back.

Speaking of, I need another monster. If your username is UDwarf, Jeff the Green, Derjuin, GuyFawkes, or Mahrke, stay the hell out.
Yeah, so I need a killer room. As in, my PCs are standing inside a room, and it's trying to kill and/or eat them. CR between 9 and 11, please; I don't really want it to be all that deadly (they're five heavily-optimized 9th level gestalt characters), I'm mostly just trying to freak them out, so go for maximum shock value rather than deadliness. Aside from that, I don't much care what it can do, so go to town.

Oh, and each one has to take up a 35'x35' room.

Type: Aberration
Size: Colossal
HD: 22d8 (242 hp)
Initiative: +0
Speed: --
AC: 22 AC, (+20 natural, -8 size) 2 touch, 22 flat footed
Attacks: n/a (BAB 16, Str bonus +6)
Damage: n/a
Special Attacks:

Improved Grab (Ex): Whenever a Monstrous Room lands a bite or claw attack, it immediately gets a free grapple attempt. A Monstrous Room's grapple modifier is 42.
Swallow Whole (Ex): If a Monstrous Room begins its turn with an opponent held in its mouth (see Improved Grab), it can attempt a new grapple check (as though attempting to pin the opponent). If it succeeds, it swallows its prey, and the opponent takes bite damage. A swallowed creature is considered to be grappled, while the creature that did the swallowing is not. A swallowed creature can try to cut its way free with any light slashing or piercing weapon (requiring 40 damage to escape), or it can just try to escape the grapple. The Armor Class of the interior of a creature that swallows whole is normally 10 + 1/2 its natural armor bonus, with no modifiers for size or Dexterity. If the swallowed creature escapes the grapple, success puts it back in the attacker’s mouth, where it may be bitten or swallowed again. Any creature swallowed by a Monstrous Room takes 4d6 acid damage at the start of their turn (no save) and 2d6 bludgeoning damage.

Special Qualities:

Darkvision (Ex): 60 feet.
DR 10/adamantine (Ex): Physical damage dealt to this creature is reduced by 10, unless dealt by an adamantine weapon.
Energy Resistance (Ex): A Monstrous Room has energy resistance 10 to fire, cold, acid, electricity, and sonic damage.
Regeneration (Ex): A Monstrous Room has regeneration 5. This is only bypassed by damage dealt to the room from within its stomach.
Sessile Creature (Ex): A Monstrous Room does not possess a Dexterity score. Because of the unique circumstances of its existence, it receives neither bonus nor penalty to its AC or Reflex save because of this. Additionally, individual parts of the room are still capable of movement. Additionally, unless a Monstrous Room changes its appearance in any way while being observed, it is indistinguishable from a regular room.
Morphic Body (Ex): A Monstrous Room may changes its appearance as a move action. It can form or remove doors and torches as part of this ability. It can also completely change its appearance, becoming, apparently, a completely different room. If a Monstrous Room is slain, its appearance stays as it was.
Morphic Weapons (Ex): As a move action, a Monstrous Room can grow natural weapons such as claws or fangs, allowing a natural attack that deals the appropriate amount of damage according to the size of the new form (see Table 5—1 on page 296 of the Monster Manual). Additionally, a Monstrous Room qualifies for any feats that have a prerequisite of any natural weapon(s) as though it possessed the natural weapon(s) in question.
Necromantic Stomach (Su): Any creature that dies within the Monstrous Room's stomach is turned into a skeleton with the Mineral Warrior template 1d4 turns later. This skeleton is birthed through the floor of the Monstrous Room, and immediately attacks any creature within the room. If there are no creatures present, the skeletons merge back into the walls until prey enters the room.
