I made this class out of several samurai builds in the game and how can I make this better. Do what you want change saves and bab, move specials to later or sooner you can even remove or add specials. Its just this build took me a while and I'm still not sure how good it is so I can not properly improve on it.
the health is d8 and skill is int+4

It doesn't look like you're addressing the fundamental problems, which are shared by most noncasting classes: reliance on full attacks and absolutely no versatility in the angles of attack a character can take.

For an easy fix? Take the existing Samurai and glue on the Warblade's maneuver/stance progression and recovery mechanic. Or, if you want it to play more distinctly from the Warblade, maybe tweak the recovery mechanic to trigger with a Demoralize roll instead of a melee attack or search out some homebrew disciplines to add to the Samurai's repertoire.

For something more extravagant? Homebrew up a system that allows the Samurai to attack on more axes than just wailing through the layered defenses of AC+DR+HP and that doesn't rely on starting each turn adjacent to enemies. If you have trouble looking at it conceptually, maybe a high level Samurai swings fast and aggressively enough that his enemies count as entangled or immobilized on a failed Reflex save; maybe he jabs his spear hard enough to stagger with a single blow on a failed Fortitude save; maybe he has enough of a charismatic presence that on a failed will save, his enemies can't focus on anybody else, and suffer penalties against his allies. But ToB is close enough that you could probably just crib that system here.

I was trying to put stances and maneuvers on to the build but none of the disciplines seemed to fit the character I was trying to make but I had not idea anyone did any homebrew of disciplines so ill check them out to see if they will work with my guy. if I was to add that what tier would this class be though?

If you want to design a class it shouldn't be too narrow and allow some options because otherwise it's basically a very predefined class. Therefor it is entirely legit if some of the disciplines do not fit.

About the tier. If it gets good at fighting it will most likely end up at t4. If you get good cha or int synergy + some other stuff outside of combat then maybe.... maybe Tier 3.

He is okay in surviving in the wild with the survival skill and he dominate in civil environments where his high cha and almost all cha skill are unlocked and being sworn to a king does not hurt my last thing is how to better arrange my special abilities for my class for when I get them
