The description of Spiked Chain states:

When using a spiked chain, you get a +2 bonus on opposed attack rolls made to disarm an opponent

The rules for Disarm state:

The wielder of a two-handed weapon on a disarm attempt gets a +4 bonus on this roll

Question:

Since the spiked chain is a two-handed weapon, do both bonuses apply? Or is the +2 meant to supersede the usual +4 for a two-handed weapon?

two separate bonuses
one is due to the chain's efficiency at disarming, the other because the chain is two handed

for example the whip and kusari-gama (and sai, and others) also gets the +2 to disarm, same bonus because they are effective disarmers.

Nice! I assume they stack since they're both untyped?

Yeah, and they're from different sources (one is specific to spiked chain, the other is because you're wielding it in two hands).
