They appear on the character sheet, but examining the How To Play, DM Guidelines and Character Creation documents, I saw no mention of them, how do characters use them and how do they obtain them?

Also where can I find other Character Sheet Designs?

I've been told they're old mechanics from when they played around with getting rid of skills for more nebulous areas of knowledge.


Also where can I find other Character Sheet Designs?

Right now? Nowhere. We don't even know what the final rules will look like, so the only people who can make them are the guys at WotC. Presumably there will be something in the Starter Kit on July 17 and the Basic D&D rules released on July 3rd.
