Specifically my group is using the conviction system where dropping a player is none-lethal (unless they gamble their lives.) However we are thinking of implementing some form of aesthetic scarring system where a player who is dropped comes back with scars, and I need something to roll for it.

You could take a look at ACKS (Adventurer Conquerer King System) and its Mortal Wounds table for inspiration. Obviously, the death results aren't applicable to you, but there are a lot of cool results like mangled fingers, severed limbs, grotesque scarring, and so on.

You should see what we do for the dragons :smalltongue:
Guigarci your system is great! I will check out the ACKS Mortal Wounds but I most likely will just run yours. Most such lists have penalties, which I am not fond of.
