I've seen multiple sites say that he has it, but I'm not seeing any of them listing a sourcebook where it says so. Races of Destiny doesn't list him, so I presume it's somewhere else that Destiny got added to his domains.
I'd like to know in case I need to quote it to my DM when I take Arcane Disciple on my Sorcerer. I wanted to have him worship Labelas Enoreth for flavor reasons (raised by elves and all) and be able to take the Destiny domain because of the eventual persisted Choose Destiny, but I would like to have the sourcebook that lists him as getting it.
Alternatively, I've also seen the Undying Court listed as having Destiny.
