Mind switch and hit points from leveling

Mind switch and True Mind Switch specify that you keep your hit points when you use them, but you gain the CON score of your new form? So what happens next time you gain a level? Do you get to modify the HP roll with your new CON score or no?

By RAW? You would keep your original hp and upon level up you could add your new con modifier since it doesn't specify future level ups or hp so we have to assume the regular rules apply.

Now if this makes sense is questionable. If I were the dm I probably would apply the new con modifier to all HD after the the first level up in the new Form (or even right away if we are talking about true mind switch)
