question about unseen seer warlock

If i went rogue 1/ warlock 3/ assassin 1 into unseen seer, i understand the eldritch blast part, but is there a way to advance the warlock evocations? It says +1 lvl to arcane spellcasting class. Or would i be better doing rogue 1/ warlock 3/ cameleon 2 into unseen seer and have it advance cameleon casting instead.

Any prestige class that says "+1 level of existing arcane spellcasting class" will advance your Warlock invocations as if you'd gained a level of Warlock according to page 18 of Complete Arcane.

Beguiler 1 / Warlock 4 / Unseen Seer X

So just to be sure, it would increase my evocations, but my base eldritc blast would stop and i would just add SA damage? Or does that scale as well?

It's defined in Complete Arcane p18

Your Eldritch Blast damage and Invocations Known advance as well as effective Warlock level (like caster level). You don't get the specific Warlock Class features e.g. Deceive Item.
