I was wondering if all of this is possible to effect a animal companion.

Share Spells (Ex): At the druid’s option, she may have any spell (but
not any spell-like ability) she casts upon herself also affect her animal
companion. The animal companion must be within 5 feet of her at the
time of casting to receive the benefit. If the spell or effect has a duration
other than instantaneous, it stops affecting the animal companion if the
companion moves farther than 5 feet away and will not affect the animal
again, even if it returns to the druid before the duration expires.
Additionally, the druid may cast a spell with a target of “You” on her
animal companion (as a touch range spell) instead of on herself. A druid
and her animal companion can share spells even if the spells normally
do not affect creatures of the companion’s type (animal).

COMPANION SPELLBOND
You form a special magical link with your animal companion,
allowing you to share spells with it over a greater
distance.
Prerequisite: Animal companion.
Benefit: You use your companion’s share spells ability out
to a range of 30 feet, rather than the standard 5 feet. You can
cast touch spells to affect your companion at a greater range
than normal. You can change a spell’s range from touch to
short (range of 25 feet + 5 feet per two caster levels) if the
spell targets only your companion.

These two spells
Trollshape
Transmutation (Polymorph)
Level: Sorcerer/wizard 4
Components: V, S
Casting Time: 1 swift action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level (D)
Your muscles ripple, and you hear bones
crackling underneath your now mottled
green skin as your form reshapes to that of
a horrid troll.
You take on the form and abilities of a
troll (MM 247). You gain 30 temporary
hit points, which disappear at the end
of the spell’s duration. See the description
of the new polymorph subschool
on page 95 for more details.

BITE OF THE
WERETIGER
Transmutation
Level: Druid 5, sorcerer/wizard 6
Components: V, S, M
Casting Time: 1 standard action
Range: Personal
Target: You
Duration: 1 round/level
You snarl, and your features shift into those
of a tiger. Your hands grow sharp claws,
and the thick skin and striped fur of a tiger
covers your body.
You gain a +12 enhancement bonus to
Strength, a +4 enhancement bonus to
Dexterity, a +6 enhancement bonus to
Constitution, and a +5 enhancement
bonus to natural armor. Your hands
become claws, granting you two claw
attacks, and your mouth becomes that
of a tiger, giving you a bite attack. You
can attack with both claws at your full
base attack bonus, but your bite attack
takes a –2 penalty (as if you had the
Multiattack feat). Each claw deals 1d8
points of damage (1d6 if you are Small)
+ your Str modifi er, and your bite deals
2d6 points of damage (2d6 if you are
Small) + 1/2 your Str modifi er. You
gain the benefi ts of the Blind-Fight and
Power Attack feats, as well. If your base
attack bonus is +6 or higher, you do not
gain any additional attacks.
Material Component: A tiger’s claw.

The animal companion in question is a Ape with a 9 INT from the Arcane Heirophant Prc.

Im confused as to what the question is here?

you can cast ANY spell that has a target of 'you' on your animal companion which is very clearly stated in the animal companion entry

so yes both of those spells can affect your animal companion

in both cases

1) you cast the spell(s) directly on the animal companion

2) you share the spell with the animal companion and it stays within 5 (or 30 with the feat) feet of you

Additionally if you only want to cast the spell on your companion (and not yourself) you can do so at up to Close range.
