PF Mystic Theruge Early Entry Cheese

Title says it all. What are some methods of early entry cheese to gain easy access to Mystic Theruge in Pathfinder? And/or is there a handbook I should check out?

My favored entry is the trickery domain (great for all the free class skills) combined with a tiefling's ability to cast darkness to enter MT at level 4. As a second domain consider the tactics subdomain, which gets you rerolls for initiative.
