So extra rings lets you have two rings on each hand.

So what happens when you equip an item or get a flesh graft with that has a hand with an additional usable ring slot.

Pretty sure you only get a total of 3 rings. One for each real hand and the hand of glory that you wear on your neck. The hand of glory description mentions a bonus to the 2 ring limit. So I am assuming that is in the rules somewhere, which would make me think even if you got a graft you would still be limited to 3 total, regardless how many hands (living or not) you have.

I have this for my sorcerer and the daylight/see invisibility is extremely useful.

From what I can tell, it looks like the HoG (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/magicItems/wondrousItems.htm#handofGlory) has it's own ring slot, independent of your own.

So, with the Extra Rings feat, you would be able to benefit from a maximum of 5 rings, 2 on each hand, and one on the HoG.

Edit: Not sure about grafts, though...

Pathfinder's Ten-Ring Broadsowrd (http://www.d20pfsrd.com/magic-items/magic-weapons/specific-magic-weapons/ten-ring-sword) gives you a third Ring Slot. (and as a bonus, the third ring slot can interchangably alter what kind of DR it can penetrate)

The Extra Rings feat allows you to wear 4 rings, the part about 2 on each hand is just clarification assuming standard humanoid physiology. So even having extra hands, such as through grafts, would not allow you to get more rings beyond the 4 you are allowed by the feat. The hand of glory still golds an extra ring because you aren't wearing it: the hand wears the ring, and you benefit.

The Ringsword in 3.0 (AEG, so 3.5) does the same thing, but you can disassemble it for the property. Add 10 Poison Rings and 2 Spike Gauntlets with that, Defending, and Spellblade. 12 rings, 12 spell immunities, and a potential 60 AC (Thanks, GMW! Pearl of Power 3 > 64kgp for the +5). This property is 2 kgp cheaper than the PF one.
