Looking for a feat/feature

Alright, I know this thing exists somewhere, I just can't seem to find it.

I'm looking for a feat, trait, or class feature (not sure which). This has to do with Demoralizing via the Intimidate skill, and allows you to substitue a 1-round Cower (stun, maybe?) effect for the normal Shaken as long as your Shaken would have lasted longer than a couple of rounds. I can't seem to remember what it's called, though, so I'm having problems finding it.

I think it is in Pathfinder itself, pretty sure it popped up ion a conversation about Dreads

"Whenever a thug successfully uses Intimidate to demoralize a creature, the duration of the shaken condition is increased by 1 round. In addition, if the target is shaken for 4 or more rounds, the thug can instead decide to make the target frightened for 1 round."

You only need a 1 level dip.
