In the game I'm in, I'm currently a level 16 Witch with 2 Mythic Tiers as an Archmage. Before knowing about how they actually work, I took the Legendary Item path at Tier 1. I'm intending to finish the line properly at 6 and 10, and the GM won't care if I use tier 3 for creating it, so I wanted some help on what to pick for it, or even how to make one. I'm still trying to figure out all the creating items type things, so I don't know how to make a legendary item.
If it helps, our campaign is set in the Dante's Inferno version of hell. In addition, the GM has flat out stated that he intends to kill my character somehow. Edit: Never mind. I decided to make my Ring of Gender Changing legendary. It has Powerful and Fortification
