What's the best way to use Vassal of Bahamut (Book of Exalted Deeds) and Platinum Knight (Draconomicon) to get the best use out of both prestige classes?
Assume the guy's mission in life is to have the highest kill count of Chromatic Dragons ever possessed by someone who can't cast level 9 spells.
