Craft Contingent Spell and contingent spell in general arn't exsactly clear on one thing.

After the spell is used, is that it? It's gone? Or if the conditions are meet again will it be used again?

You have to re-craft it to use it again. Quite frankly craft contingent spell is already so beyond worth it even without also handing out infinite spells.
