Boosting A single Class Paladins Caster level

Are there any feats other than practiced spellcaster that can be used to boost a single class'd paladins caster level, note that it doesn't have to be the normal paladin the CG, CE, and LE from the Unearthed Arcana are fine as well. Looking to hit a caster level of 11 as soon (lowest level) as possible.

It's not a feat, but have you looked into the Mystic Fire Knight substitution level (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/iw/20051104a)? That gives +2 caster level and extra spell slots in exchange for Turn Undead.

Besides Karnith's proposal of the Mystic Fire Knight substitution levels, there's also Practiced Spellcaster, which should in theory improve your CL by 4 (you need to get points in Spellcraft one way or another, tho). Between the two, you should have a CL of 16th. There's also Divine Spellpower, but you'll need a way to get Turn Undead if you trade it for the 4th level Mystic Fire Knight substitution level and it's a random boost.

Beyond that, the other options are magic items. The Strand of Prayer Beads should, alongside Practiced Spellcaster and Mystic Fire Knight, grant you CL 20th by 20th level, but you can get a respectable CL 18th by 16th level. The Orange Prism Ioun Stone grants a +1 fixed boost, as well. Both are slotless, so they won't take from your other slots.
