If a warforged took multiple flaws, could he gain more than one Warforged body-altering feat?

Considering that they don't have the line "Cannot be taken with other Body feats" there's nothing stopping it, but I don't know why you'd want to. You would only get the benefit from one. Likely Adamantine Body due to the highest AC bonus. It'd be like wearing two suits of armor. As far as I know you can, but you don't get the benefit from both.
