The wording for the prerequisites of the Extra Spell Secret feat (CArc) seems a bit strange to me. If you can already cast second level spells (by virtue of another class, in this case divine) and you take 1 level of Wu Jen, have you satisfied the prerequisites, even though you have not reached third level and actually gotten spell secret yet? Furthermore, is it possible to apply Spell Secrets to spells from other classes?
