Bypass spell resistance (wand)

How can I get past SR when Im shooting someone with a wand (aside from jacking up CL and making wand cost more)
Or a low level spell for a wand that (preferably) doesnt requite a to-hit roll, and offers no SR.
I know of orb spells, but maybe something lvl 1 or 2? I just want anything that does ANY damage, while being low lvl and bypassing SR

There are lesser versions of the orb spells, in Miniatures Handbook. They are level 1 spells with SR:no, no save and a ranged touch attack.
There's also Splinterbolt (SpC, Druid 2) and Hail of Stone (SpC, Wiz 1).

If an opponent has high SR, you're probably better off using some kind of crowd control (Web, Tanglefoot Bag) and letting the party's physical damage dealers handle the chore of killing it.

11 levels of factotum gives you access to cunning breach, that's really all I can think of.
