Let the blood flow!

Let's say my PC has a taste for watching the blood pour forth from his foes as he fights them.

He discovers this beautiful spell

and decides he wants it enchanted to his weapon.

What would the cost be?
What would the resulting weapon, say a longbow, look like?

So minimum price if you cast it at level 4 (and your a black guard that is) is:

128,000 gold

Wounding fits perfectly. Now to add it to a longbow of splitting, firing force arrows!
