Subverted Psion, is it worth it?

There are not many PrC for Psions but while stumbling around the wizards website I found the Subverted Psion (http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=dnd/psm/20051125a). What does the board think, is it worth the all the taint for an evil psion?

If you are a Necropolitan Psion then maybe, but I'd only be in it for 1-3 levels by choice.

May have to with all the con damage. No I was thinking that all the minions may be an asset to a telepath (could just go Thrallherd though). And more than that is just flavor.
