Character Flaws?

A while back there was a link to some website with a ton of character flaws for D&D. Stuff like insomniac and chivalrous (-4 to hit opposite gender) and other stuff. Does anyone have a link to that site?

Another site is http://www.roleplaynexus.com/flaws.html but it uses a slightly differant system and a lot of them aren't balanced to other flaws.

This brings pleasant images of a paladin taking this flaw getting his butt kicked by his female opponent who taunts him all the while with, "You hit like a girl."
