It does look that way.

So long as you have combat reflexes or similar, and are therefore actually capable of making the two AoOs in the same round, yes.

Robilar's requires Combat Reflexes, so you will!

One of my monk players does this. I forget the exact way it works, but if she gets attacked, she gets an AoO, if they miss, she gets a +4 to hit back, if they hit, she gets an AoO, and with Lightning maces and roundhouse kick she gets two attacks on every critical, which she does. Alot.
