People learn a lot more than they can bring up at any moment. It doesn't mean that the studying was in vain - if needed, you can quickly refresh your memories to bring those "long forgotten" things back to life.

Trait:
Dormant Feats
Effect: You get 10 dormant feat slots. You can fill them with feats at character creation or at any time you are to get a new feat. While dormant, feats can serve as prerequisites, but have no other effects.
Special: At any time the character with this trait gets a new feat, he must select it from one of the dormant feats, and after that, he can fill his vacant dormant feats slots with new feats.

Feat:
Activate Dormant Feat
Prerequisite: Dormant Feats.
Effect: By spending 1 hour refreshing your memory, you can temporarily (for 24 hours) activate one of your dormant feats into active status, to get its full effect.
Special: Increase maximum number of dormant feats you can have by 1.
