View Full Version : What If? Am I the only one who wants to see Trigak again?

Hey guys. Do you remember the chimera from #17? Who else wants him back as a vampire or something? I think it would be hilarious. (And Imagine if Hilgya was ridding him! :smalltongue:)

Honestly? If it had happened before the "Trigak" jokes got old, I would have thought it was a hilarious callback, and probably laughed myself sick. But with all the Trigak threads I've been seeing, the only Trigak appearance I want to see is a cutaway to his skeleton so that we can say that yes, he is still as dead as the jokes about him.

If you're serious, I can't see Trigak's return benefitting the story at this point. Hilgya, maybe. Trigak, no.

If you're joking, this joke is the poor old horse that's been beaten to death, tossed into a lake, drowned, starved, and dismembered, in that order.

I begin to loathe the name of "Trigak." :smallannoyed:

Then how about his brother "Tragik"? :smallwink:

I think, tragically, he didn't get his contract renewed in time to appear.

Like the others on this thread, I feel that if didn't show up on the boards so much, I would possible actually appreciate his return as an even longer callback than the current longest one. Right now though, I agree that cutting to his skeleton would making me very happy.

One: That was awful.

Two: I wanted to do that!

But how about his "committed relationship"? DUN DUN DUN...

To me, that would feel like we were doing the ABD subplot over again, only this time with a far weaker villain and with Belkar.

You just unravelled the mystery of Belkar's impending death - i'm totally sure about that.

Unfortunately, I'm fairly certain that if we did see Trigak's skeleton for whatever reason (which I highly doubt), there would immediately be a thread about how that was a fake skeleton planted by Trigak. Or possibly how Trigak is now a lich.

As for repeating the ABD subplot with Trigak/Belkar, if it happened (which it won't!), I'd expect the one who attempts to get revenge to be the sequel to Trigak: Quadgak.

Quadgak.

This made me laugh so much more than any "Trigak is still alive" joke.

This thread was worth a laugh after all. Thank you.

Then we'll get the crappy straight-to-dvd cash in, Quingak, and the porn industry ripoff, Sexgak.

A series of three getting unnecessarily turned into a series of six? Nah, I think we've had enough SW jokes just in the first few Tarquin scenes. Plus, I'm not really that excited about a DisneyGak trilogy.

Then many years after the original's release, the prequels come out: Monogak and Bigak.

This thread's goal: to see how many words we can make ending in "-gak".
