Combining Raging Mongoose and Adamantine Hurricane

Can it be done?

Under the simplest RAW reading (and fairest I'd say) you get exactly what Raging Mongoose gives you: two additional attacks with each weapon you wield. For the average warrior, that's four attacks. Four more than you have. You can use Adamantine Hurricane to strike everyone twice, and then you have four more attacks to spread over as many foes as you wish, but only four attacks, because Raging Mongoose gives you two additional attacks with each weapon you wield.

Despite the implications of Raging Mongoose's wording, it neither interacts with or relies on any previous attacks. Whether or not you have previously attacked in the round really has little to no bearing on it.

So in short, what happens is that you can use Adamantine Hurricane to attack everyone in range of it twice as a full action, and then activate Raging Mongoose as a swift action to get up to four attacks that you can direct as you wish. They don't change or add on to what Adamantine Hurricane is doing, they're just attacks done as a swift action.
