Is it possible to use these two together? Or do the claws not work off an attribute?

Yes. Natural Weapons are considered light weapons for the purposes of Weapon Finesse (http://www.d20srd.org/srd/feats.htm#weaponFinesse) and Edritch Claws are treated as Natural Weapons
