I'm trying to remember a class (or PrC), but having a hard time.
What I remember of it, it had a class ability that included the word "aegis" - I think. The ability had two options, one was offensive and the other was defensive. I'm pretty sure one option allowed you to basically teleport as a sort of "intervention," maybe when an ally was attacked. I also think it focused on fighting with a single weapon, giving some sort of bonuses if nothing in the off hand (even maybe a sort of defensive shield like ability).
Am I crazy, or does something like this exist?
Edit: And I've officially lost my mind...thinking of Swordmage from 4e, but since I never played that much I couldn't bring it to mind originally. Just ignore me plz. :)
