Im thinking of starting a 4e game with a few friends and using Ashardalon as my main protagonists.
I have some ideas as to how the game will play out but Im wondering what other people have used/planed for a game involving this particular nasty.
For instance, when do you let the players know about the Balor stapled to Ashardalons chest and what role does it play in your game?
How does Ashardalon sitting in that stream of souls affect your world?
Any ideas, thoughts etc welcome regardless of size!
