[3.5] Expanded Reincarnation List

Does anyone know of an official or non-official expanded list for the Reincarnation spell?

One that includes new Humanoid races and subtypes would be great, but also any for non-Humanoid types?

The DM of one of the games I'm in just came up with this (http://www.giantitp.com/forums/showsinglepost.php?p=17600458&postcount=670). It's not complete because non-FR 3.0 sources are banned, but otherwise it's pretty good.

Well, except that it turned our goblin artificer into an aquatic elf. In a forest-based module.

I recently made this table (specifically for a fanasy-Cambodia setting called Qelong (a setting a highly recommend)), I removed all the races with RHD and the only race with ECL on it is the hobgoblin*. It also has some races from Pathfinder on it, pathfinder races usually get a bonus to a mental stats, but a reincarnated character retains it's old mental stats, so that's okay.
