Overly Familiar Familiar! 3.5e and PF

Has anyone ever used an succubus/incubus familiar when playing a 3.5e or PF game? if so tell me more:smallbiggrin:

I'm not sure about getting one as a familiar but you certainly can as a cohort or hireling, particularly if you do something like Thaumaturgist or simply use Planar Ally.
