Having recieved a letter from a anonymous source you find it to be a request of summons at the near by tavern, the letter only gives a specific date and time to show up.

Through your thieving nature you find yourself in the tavern on the look out for little hints and rumours of treasure that was around the area.

You also find yourself in the tavern already sitting with the stranger whom summoned you, a few odd glances had been found staring at your somewhat odd figure since you were in a land locked area of the country,

Within the tavern the male would be leaning against the back wall closest to the back door exit near a few tables as he kept his head down low and lightly tugged on the straps of his backpack as he listened in to the sounds of the general crowd. Having entered the tavern disguised in human form he hoped that perhaps he wouldnt be as quickly reconised by anyone within the crowd, giving himself the possibility for a few easy marks while waiting to hear more about the rumored treasures of the local area.

The door to the tavern in this particularly small town, a bit too familiarly small for a certain man, was pushed open by a human man. Perhaps a bit larger than the average, this particularly fit gentleman strode into the establishment with his entrance heralded by the sound of his finely worked scale mail clinking against itself. Upon his back were two things, the first and most obvious being a backpack of fine craftsmanship carrying what looked to be enough for him to have traveled quite some distance alone and arrived there. The second was a quiver filled to bursting with arrows such that he could fire for quite some time without ever having to stop and acquire more ammunition, as well as the bow with which he would send them on their journey through the skies. His right arm carried a heavy shield of the same steel as his armor while his left remained bare, no doubt so that he could readily draw the Bastard Sword that hung in its scabbard at his right hip. Removing his helm and holding it in his right hand, thus exposing the admittedly unkempt mane of blonde about his head, his first order of business was to stride across the room to the bar across which the tavern keeper stood and situate himself in one of the many seats there.

"Hail," he greeted the owner of that establishment before brandishing a pair of shiny golden coins and placing them on the counter, "A flagon of your finest ale." His grey eyes locked on the figure before him, and he patiently waited for his beverage to be prepared.

Aluria would be sitting with the stranger, completely ignoring the strange stares she had been recieving from the group that surounded her. " why have you called me here sir? " she questioned the man whom graced her presence.

The bartender hands you both a drink completel with a note telling you both to meet whom ever sent it to you in the back of the bar, the fish out of water would be your marker.

" I will reveal why i summoned you when the other two i sent out for show up " the undescript figure had nonchalantly spoke out to the siren that sat infront of him.

Taking the drink in hand the male would sniff the rim of the glass first before knocking back the beverage in a single gulp and lightly placing it upside down on the nearest counter, pocketing the attached note as he slowly made his way over to the male who was heavily clad in armor, clearly given the lax and rowdy nature of most the crowd, this easily seemed like a fish out of water in the room. he'd then leaned against the back of a near by chair as he turned himself to face Ketodama and spoke./ "you seem a tad bit out of place gilded in so much metal in a place like this stranger, you seem to stand out more then a two tailed Kitsune would in this crowd i'd recon"

Lucian WOULD have responded to the comment about seeming out of place, until something was said about a Kitsune. Then he had to look down at his ale and check to make certain there wasn't anything funny in it, just to be clear he'd actually heard something so stupid.

"And just what in the nine hells is a kitsune?" he asked, confused and without any frame of reference as to what was being talked about. Only then did he look down at the note the bartender had passed him and give it the once over, realizing it commented about a fish out of water. Once more he was about to say something, when his gaze passed over the one who was almost certainly more out of place than he. Paying no mind to the stranger that, in his book at least, was a few inches short of stark raving daft, he strolled on over to the table at which the Mer person was seated and the stranger to all of them who was with her. Addressing the stranger, he actually spoke. "I take it this woman is the 'fish out of water' your letter speaks of?"
